Invite Them And Make It Clear

Create or buy two separate invitations for both groups. Explain the title and responsibility expected of both roles on the invitations, and give them to the appropriate people.

This will make it clear what their responsibilities are for your wedding.

House Party

What's the best wording to ask someone to be in the House party of my wedding party. I have 14 really close friends, and I want them all to be bridesmaids, but it's just too many, so I'm going to have 6 or 7 and then ask 3 or 4 to do the House Party and help with things like greeting with programs and guest book, etc.

When I ask my girls, I don't want them to get confused as to whether I'm asking if they will be a bridesmaid or in the house party. Thank you for your help :)
